Canada Day 2017 Celebrations

Come celebrate Canada 150th in French! There will be variety of activities and event for the whole family.

ENTERTAINMENT ON ESPLANADE RIEL – starting at noon
The East Plaza will be bustling with visual artists, musicians and performers.

LE MUSÉE DE SAINT-BONIFACE MUSEUM – 434 Taché Avenue– 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Enjoy strolling musicians, learn traditional French Dance, family activities, and free cookies.

LA MAISON GABRIELLE-ROY – 375 Deschambault Street – 1:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m

Celebrate Canada Day with a free entry to Maison Gabrielle-Roy House!

FORT GIBRALTAR – corner of Saint-Joseph Street and Messager Street – 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Free activities for the whole family! Tours and workshops with costumed interpreters, plays and demonstrations, and much more.

PROMENADE CAFÉ AND WINE – corner of Taché Avenue and Provencher Boulevard – 8:00 p.m. to midnight
Celebrate Canada Day under the stars in the parking lot of Promenade Café and Wine, complete with food, bar service, live music and the best vantage point for the evening’s fireworks display.

LAVERENDRYE PARK – Taché Avenue between Dollard and Despins Streets – 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
La Compagnie de La Vérendrye celebrates 20 years with mini-exhibits on Western Canada’s History.

St. NORBERT FARMERS MARKET – 3514 Pembina Hwy – 11 a.m. to dusk

Barbecue, games, pony rides and fun on the splash pad ending with fireworks at dusk.
